Is the package discreet?

Yes. Orders are prepared in plain outer packaging without sensitive product names on the outside.

Can I ask questions before buying?

Are reviews real?

Aitoyplay does not publish fake testimonials. Spam comments are hidden and genuine buyer feedback can be shown after review.

Where is free shipping available?

Free standard shipping is available for eligible street addresses in the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C.

This service area excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses and P.O. boxes. Delivery to those destinations or address types is not currently confirmed; contact support before ordering. See Shipping Information for the current service area and delivery estimates.

How can I check my order?
